The owner briefly addressed our group and then offered us the facility to use as long as we needed. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. I will definitely come back to visit in a non business guest and enjoy the food and beverages

I have been in the South Elgin store recently and I can say I was very impressed.
Customer service was on point. The host (she has long blond hair) was very friendly and helpful. She offered me a drink right as I walked in the door and she didn’t hover as I gamed. Next time I am in town I will come back.
